Good online dating site?

Hi all,
I\'m a 25-year-old college student, starting to look into online dating. I just can\'t find good opportunities to flirt with girls recently, in my female-free classes :p Plus I\'ve been out of the dating scene for 4 years now... Since approaching a total stranger is insanely hard for me, lol, I\'m also going to sign up for a language or art class at the university.
But I also want to explore the online dating option.

Does anyone have any experience or advice?
I\'ve looked around, and these sites seem to be the best:

Lavalife
eHarmony
AdultFriendFinder? lol, not quite that horny yet :p

I\'m looking to make new friends, to go on dates, or maybe a relationship (though that can wait).

Thoughts? Advice?
